This Privacy Policy outlines how Renaissance handles information and provides you with choices regarding the use of information that can be used to identify you (“Personal Data”). This Privacy Policy pertains to the collection and utilization of information by Renaissance through our websites ("Sites") and software or maintenance products ("Products"). We only collect and use information as described in this Privacy Policy, and we do not sell your data to any third parties.

1. THE DATA WE PROCESS. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Depending on your interactions with us, we process different types of data in various ways. Some data may automatically processed when you visit our Sites or use our Products, while other data may be processed when you actively submit it to us (such as using our web forms to contact us or uploading content to our Sites).

Data processed when visiting our Sites

Even if you are merely a visitor on one of our Sites, certain technical information may be automatically sent from your computer or device to our web servers. This information is stored in log files and includes the following "Website Usage Data":

Data processed when using our Products

Renaissance processes Personal Data when you install and register our Products. Some of this information is automatically processed during product installation ("Product Installation Data"), which includes:

·         Device hardware

·         Other software on your system

·         IP address

·         Product version

·         Hardware or machine ID

During the registration of our Products, we may request specific "Product Registration Data," including

·         postal address (including country)

·         email address

·         telephone number

·         license key/serial number.

Product Installation Data and Product Registration Data are used to maintain a record of your product license, authenticate and periodically verify your licensing rights for anti-piracy purposes, and enable the provision of maintenance or support services. This information is also utilized to provide in-product messages about products, features, or services offered by Renaissance.

We may collect information about your usage of our Products after installation and registration ("Product Usage Data"). The specific data collected varies depending on the Product and may include:

·         Feature usage

·         Page clicks

·         Sign-in information

We process Product Usage Data to facilitate, evaluate, and verify your use of our products and services. Additionally, Product Usage Data is used for internal statistical and analytical purposes, evaluating and enhancing the user experience by identifying customer preferences and analyzing crash data.

Moreover, certain products may enable you to store, send, receive, edit, sync, share, or manage files and folders (including information or data within those folders) ("User Files"). We will record and store information regarding the size and name of all User Files made available through these Products.

Data we process only if you submit it to us

When you engage with us on our Sites or use our Products, there are situations where you can provide us with Personal Data. These include:

Account Data: On our Site, you can register for an account using your email address and a password of your choice. When you register for our Products, an account is automatically created for you to manage your licensed Products and communication settings. You can create a profile on our Site that may contain your Personal Data. We store your account data to facilitate communication with others on our Sites. Our Sites may have publicly accessible blogs or forums where information you provide can be read, collected, and used by others with registered accounts or unregistered users accessing community pages.

Transaction Data: All payments made through our platform are processed by a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of service and relevant agreements of the payment processor. Your payment details are transmitted to the payment processor for processing. We are not responsible for unauthorized access or use of your payment information, except in cases of our negligence or willful misconduct. The payment processor is responsible for the security of your payment information. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. We recommend reviewing the payment processor's privacy and security policies for understanding how your payment information is handled.

Customer Support Data: You can contact us through web forms and chat functionalities on our Site to request technical assistance or seek information regarding your order. To respond to your request, we process your IP address, contact data, and the content of your inquiry. This data is deleted once we have addressed your request.

Survey Data: Occasionally, we may conduct surveys related to our products and services. Participation is optional, and if you respond to a survey, you may provide personal information. 2. SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

We handle your Personal Data with care and confidentiality and only share it with third parties as described below. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade Personal Data with third parties for promotional purposes. Affiliated Companies: In the normal course of our business, we may share data with our current and future affiliated companies.

Business Transactions: If Renaissanse undergoes a business transaction like a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. In such cases, you will be notified in advance via email or a prominent notice on our Sites regarding the change in ownership or use of your Personal Data, along with any choices you may have regarding your Personal Data.

Promotional Offers: As a registered Renaissanse customer, you have the opportunity to receive news and special offers from Renaissanse regarding our Products or products from third parties that we believe may be of interest to you.

3. TIMEFRAME FOR KEEPING DATA

We process and store your Personal Data for the duration necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. Your data will be stored as long as our contractual relationship with you as a customer requires. After contract termination, we will retain Personal Data only as long as required by applicable law. Other data will be promptly deleted upon unsubscribing from our Products or services, unless further processing is necessary for legal obligations, evidence preservation, or prevention of time-barred legal claims.

4 REVIEWING AND REQUESTING CHANGES TO YOUR INFORMATION

Customers can update, delete, access, or modify their account information by editing their user, group, or team records. To update a customer profile, log in to your account on www.feat7.ai and click on "My Account." You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" option in the email. Transactional emails related to your Renaissanse account cannot be opted out of, but you can adjust account settings to reduce their frequency.

5. INFORMATION FOR EU RESIDENTS

Renaissanse Digital Ltd, located at 21 Edison str., ap. 17, Slatina district, 1111 Sofia, Bulgaria, is the data controller. Providing the Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy is not legally required, and your contractual relationship with us does not obligate you to provide this data. However, failure to provide certain data or object to its use may limit your ability to fully use or, in some cases, use our Products at all.

 

Our Legal Basis for Processing

When we process your Personal Data, we rely on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as the legal framework for data protection standardization in the EU. Renaissanse primarily processes data as a controller, based on our legitimate interests outlined in Sections 1 and 2 of this Privacy Policy under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Additionally, some of the Personal Data we process is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, as exemplified by processing Personal Data when you express interest in purchasing our Products. In such cases, we may share your Personal Data with authorized resellers to complete the purchase transaction. We also have a legal obligation to provide certain information to law enforcement or tax authorities when required, which constitutes the legal basis for processing under Article 6(1)(c) or 6(1)(e) of the GDPR. When processing your Personal Data based on your explicit consent, as per Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, your consent serves as the legal basis for processing.

User Profiles

We utilize your data for profiling purposes, which involves tailoring offers and serving personalized ads based on your previous behavior. However, we never process or analyze your Personal Data in a manner that would result in automated decisions with legal effects or similarly significant consequences for you.

Your Rights regarding the processing of your Personal Data

As a data subject, you have specific rights under the GDPR. You can exercise the following rights against us:

If Renaissanse acts as a processor of your data on behalf of a third party, you should refer to the relevant controller to exercise this right. You have the freedom to withdraw your consent for the processing of certain Personal Data at any time, and this also applies to consent given before the GDPR came into effect.

Information about your Right of Objection under Article 21 GDPR

Right of objection in individual cases: In addition to the aforementioned rights, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data at any time, based on Article 6(1)(e) GDPR (data processing in the public interest) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (data processing based on legitimate interests), if there are reasons relating to your particular situation. This right also applies to profiling conducted under these provisions (Article 4(4) GDPR). If you object, we will cease processing your Personal Data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Please note that if we stop processing your data due to your objection, certain Sites or Products may no longer be available to you or may have limited functionality.

Right to object to data processing for advertising purposes

You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, including newsletter subscriptions or personalized ads. This right also applies to profiling associated with such direct marketing. If you object, we will no longer process your Personal Data for these purposes in the future.

6. COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

Renaissance's Sites are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect any information from users in this age group. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided Renaissance with Personal Data or if we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at privacy@feat7.ai so that we can delete the information from our servers.

7. CHANGES

Renaissance reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. We will provide notification of any material changes to this Privacy Policy on our Sites at least 10 days before the changes take effect.
